Jack Wang, PE Principal Construction & Program Management Group Manager Jack Wang’s 18 years of progressively responsible engineering experiences at local public agencies and the private sector have provided him with a good base to serve AGS’ construction management [CM] and program management [PM] clients. On CM and/or PM projects, he is ready to provide overall management and supervision of construction cost and schedule, inspection and testing, changes and modifications, payment request, QA/QC, documentation, project safety, permitting; represent clients in inter-agency coordination, resident and tenant relations; provide forum for contractor-designer interactions; provide periodic construction reports to clients, commissions, and boards. What sets him apart is his willingness to “go the extra mile” to achieve customer satisfaction, an AGS hallmark. As part of the firm’s business development effort, Jack’s flexibility also enables him to put his outstanding people skills to use to provide prospective clients the big picture of AGS’ integrated multiple disciplines.
