The developers of the St. Francis Bay project, which involves construction of seven multi-story, 650-unit residential complex buildings, a loop road from Building 7 connecting to Executive Park Boulevard, and additional above grade retaining walls throughout the site, have retained AGS to perform a significant amount of geotechnical work for the project.
Initially, AGS performed a geotechnical study for a previous Crescent Hill project at the site and then performed a supplemental geotechnical study for the renamed St. Francis Bay project to update the initial report. Between 1996 and the present, the work AGS performed for these studies included data review, site reconnaissance and study of aerial photographs, field exploration, field and laboratory testing, engineering analysis, and report preparation: AGS involvement with the project currently includes providing construction monitoring as the various buildings are going up.
