As prime consultant, AGS provided environmental compliance engineering services under a one-year ID/IQ contract beginning in 1996 for EFA West for compliance with Resource Conservation and Recovery Act Site Restoration Program and related environmental issues.

EFA West exercised their option to extend the contract for an additional two years.
Under this contract, AGS performed tasks Statewide on a Work Order basis. Scope of work included a wide range of activities: preparing remedial investigations for petroleum contaminated sites; conducting human health and ecological risk assessments, air toxics risk assessments, and preliminary endangerment assessments; preparing feasibility studies to determine the course of action for clean-up of contaminated soils; performing underground storage tank [UST] and pipeline tightness tests; preparing environmental baseline studies; preparing environmental permit applications and conducting environmental site or facility compliance evaluations; preparing plans and specifications suitable for bidding; and preparation of a UST database.
