Yerba Buena Island Interchange Ramp

The San Francisco County Transportation Authority (The Authority) proposed to improve the Bay Bridge westbound on-and off-ramps located on the east side of Yerba Buena Island. To make room for the expanded ramps, several buildings needed to be demolished. Before demolishing, a hazardous material assessment was conducted. AGS conducted the subsurface investigation and the hazardous materials assessment. The job included: a) Asbestos, Lead, and Mold Surveys; b) Subsurface Investigation; c) Shallow Soil Lead Investigation.
