Dennis has taken over management from his father, Bob Wong, as the second generation of leadership taking a fresh approach toward design integration, technology, and sustainability. Dennis has a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Brown University, M.S. in Construction Engineering Management from Stanford University, and is currently pursuing his M.Arch. from Academy of Art University.

Ken has over 30 years of extensive experience as a civil design engineer and project manager. His engineering specialties are hydraulics and hydrology and the design of complex urban utility systems.

Jim Tsao is a registered structural engineer in the State of California with over 30 years of experience in the design and retrofit of residential, commercial, recreational, institutional, industrial, environmental, nuclear and transportation structures.

Mike has over 20 years of experience including seismic retrofit of facilities, subdivision & tract improvements, land development, hydrology and hydraulic analyses of sanitary and storm sewers, pipelines, pump stations, and wastewater treatment facilities.

Gary is an experienced licensed architect with knowledge and experience in all areas of design, construction, and project management. Gary’s scope of projects has included commercial and residential sites, historic sites, and educational facilities including a US Naval Institute.
