The HSIP is structured to deliver proposed capital improvements that utilize the guiding principles to provide its customers with high-quality, efficient, and reliable water & power services. The estimated cost of the Hetchy System Improvement Program is approximately $750 million over 10 years. The identified proposed HSIP Capital Improvement projects are needed to upgrade and improve existing aging infrastructure so that it will meet the challenges of today and the future. SFPUC was seeking professionals to assist the SFPUC’s Hetchy System Improvement Program (HSIP) with specific subject oriented technical expertise in program/project management, construction management, project controls management, contract administration and project engineering. The project is located in Moccasin, California, 140 miles east of San Francisco.
AGS is currently providing a full time Administrative Document Controls Specialist (ADCS) working out of SFPUC’s Moccasin site under general direction of the HSIP Manager, to provide clerical, administrative and document control/records management support to the Construction Management (CM) team.
