The St. Francis Bay (Phase I and II) project consists of five residential buildings in the eastern part of the Subarea Plan Area and provides 304 affordable condominium units. The Phase II residential buildings are 40 feet tall and include about 176 residential units, 830 surface parking spaces us by the offices and 517 parking spaces for the residential units.
Initially, AGS performed a geotechnical study for a previous Crescent Hill project at the site and then performed a supplemental geotechnical study for the renamed St. Francis Bay project to update the initial report. The work AGS performed for these studies included data appraisal, site reconnaissance, the study of aerial photographs, field exploration, field, and laboratory testing, engineering analysis, and report preparation. AGS's involvement with the project included providing construction monitoring as the various buildings were going up.
